Prices are calculated according to your needs and vary for each different wedding.  Please give an indication of the preferred option and send it with your requirements.  Quotations are presented for planning & coordination services only and does not include actual cost of different aspects.

01 I WANT AN ALL STRESS FREE OPTION!

This is the ultimate prime option for any couple not having the time nor energy for planning the big day.  No stress Guaranteed!

  • Initial hour and a half complimentary consultation with bride and groom

  • Unlimited consultations and meetings via phone, email and in person (destination weddings do not apply)

  • Budget development and management excel format

  • Planning itinerary

  • Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

  • Event design, theme and décor concept development

  • Etiquette advisement

  • Invitation, stationery and wedding favor selection. Proposed wording included

  • Recommending suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, officiate, photographer, Videographer, musicians, etc.)

  • Unlimited vendor referrals with preferential rates

  • Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors if applicable

  • Contract review and negotiation

  • Manage vendor relations

  • Assistance with menu selections and details

  • Final site(s) walk through

  • Providing information for the prenuptial contract

  • Assist with guest accommodations vendors such as shuttle and hotel

  • Ceremony planning

  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction

02:  ADRI & ME COORDINATION OPTION

If you are a bride who has done a great deal of the planning but realize you want to actually enjoy the BIG day without worrying about all the details?  This package is perfect for you. I will just be a partner in crime with you!

  • Complementary consultation with bride and groom to get pertinent information about the wedding
  • 2 in person consultation appointments as wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within one month of wedding day). These meetings are necessary in order to accurately communicate your vision.
  • Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email
  • Preparation of a personalized rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
  • Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction on site
  • Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc. Check list with planner
  • Complete wedding day coordination (all day coverage) with one or two Day of Coordinators (depends on size of event): Overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
     
    •  Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
    •  Distributing copies of your wedding day itinerary to all vendors
    •  Distribution of final payments to all vendors
    •  Overseeing proper set-up of ceremony and reception locations
    •  Essential wedding day emergency kit
    •  Assisting with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets.
    •  Ensuring proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, disposable cameras, etc.
    •  Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony area
    •  Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional
    •  Ensuring musicians are cued for correct pace and timing
    •  Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures
    •  Ensuring your music entertainment is prepared for your entrance and has correct pronunciation of the members of your bridal party!)
    •  Ensuring you and your groom are guests instead of managers!

Adri includes an assistant coordinator to work along with the wedding day coordinator because a " planning team" is what it takes to ensure the job is done right.

We will also bring along our ridiculously anal Bridal Emergency Kit, which has an extensive list of items to offer the bridal party in case of any unforeseen mishaps ( Panado`s, Berocca, extra panty hose, hairspray, safety pins, static guard, tissues, gum)

 

 
03:  MONTH-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE

This package is perfect for the couple that has managed to plan their entire event, but are becoming a bit overwhelmed with the extra details as the wedding day gets closer. This package does not include the extensive details as with full service.

  • Includes four hours of comprehensive planning meetings in which budget adjustments, final vendor selections, theme, décor, etc will be discussed. Your Wedding Connection CC will offer creative ideas for any special last minute touches you wish to incorporate.
  • Design of Reception included
  • Final review of all vendor contracts and ongoing communication with vendors regarding their services and your expectations.
  • Final walk through of ceremony and reception sites.
  • Assist with final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything on your “to do” list.
  • Assist with any last minute projects such as seating assignments, place cards, programs, menu cards, favors, etc.
  • Day of coordination included (Please see Day of Package)

 
04:  DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION

If you’re done with all the planning but realize you want to actually enjoy your BIG day without worrying about all the details, this package is perfect for you! Adri de Vos will oversee the entire day so you can sit back relax and enjoy.

  • Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding
  • An additional consultation as the wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within one month of wedding day). This meeting is necessary in order to accurately communicate your vision.
  • Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email
  • Preparation of a personalized rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
  • Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction
  • Collection of items at rehearsal (if this has been included in your package) to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc.
  • Complete wedding day coordination (all day coverage) with one or two DOC's (depends on size of event): Overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
     
    •  Making sure that you, your groom and family are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for
       the big day.
    •  Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
    •  Distributing copies of your wedding day itinerary to all vendors
    •  Distribution of final payments to all vendors
    •  Overseeing proper set-up of ceremony and reception locations
    •  Essential wedding day emergency kit
    •  Assisting with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets.
    •  Ensuring proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, disposable cameras, etc.
    •  Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony area
    •  Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional
    •  Making sure you are ready to walk down calm and collected
    •  Ensuring musicians are cued for correct pace and timing
    •  Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures
    •  Greeting you and your groom as you arrive at your reception site.
    •  Ensuring you, your groom and bridal party enjoy the cocktail hour hors d’ oeuvres
    •  Ensuring your music entertainment is prepared for your entrance and has correct pronunciation of the members of your bridal party
    •  Most importantly, ensuring you and your groom have an amazing time at your reception!
